I’ve probably read over 100 reports about digital transformation over the last few years. Most had deep flaws, which I hope to have addressed in my most recent IT and Digital Transformation survey.
The survey delves into how and why IT organizations are evolving to meet business needs. The results should be valuable because the questions focus only on issues that are controversial or will point to specific action items. Here are some of the most interesting questions:
- How likely is the IT department to use the following types of third-party vendors or consultants to optimize workflows and/or business processes?
- What is (was) the impetus for the change?
- Does your business operation use the same performance metrics as IT?
