Two high-profile methods of measuring DevOps productivity — DORA metrics and the SPACE framework — are not particularly effective approaches to measuring team performance, according to a new report.
Overall, 52% of engineers surveyed who could speak to the subject said that DORA — short for DevOps Research and Assessment, a set of metrics assembled by Google — is either not at all or only somewhat effective.
